The SECHI Group was founded by Giovanni Sechi in 1950 with the aim of designing and constructing residential and commercial buildings in Milan. Expanding over the years, the company successfully developed and built approximately 2500 apartments and various commercial premises. By the 1980s, the company actively engaged in property development and management, and in 1985, it expanded its operations into the hospitality sector. Nearly 75 years of our journey of growth have led us to the conviction that the feeling of home is one of the most important nuances that people strive to achieve, no matter where they are. This awareness is ingrained in the foundation of our business and continues to guide us as we work on future projects.
